As the UI/UX Designer on this project, my focus was on creating a simple and intuitive user experience for complex operational processes. By understanding both user needs and business objectives, I designed a consistent interface that allows users to seamlessly access multiple port services through a single platform.
Understanding User Needs
The design process began by understanding the workflows of customers and port stakeholders. Through close collaboration with the Business Analyst and Product Owner, I identified several pain points caused by fragmented systems and disconnected user journeys.
These insights guided every design decision, ensuring that the proposed solutions addressed user needs while supporting business objectives and improving overall operational efficiency.
